SOCIAL BRAIN is a small yet international digital agency. We are currently looking for a badass Bilingual (English / French) COMMUNITY MANAGER to join our team! The lucky one will build brand engagement and nurture the community for our client’s/brand’s online audiences as well as contribute to digital content strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, write and manage communications materials that deepen and grow the brand’s online footprint among online audiences
  • Manage editorial calendars and schedule content for delivery
  • Communicate with and engage fans/followers, monitor activity, protect the brand from competitive threats and crises
  • Contribute to the development of plans and proposals for program development and incremental work and initiatives that deepen and grow the brand’s online footprint
  • Provide input on channel strategy including support on identifying new areas for brand to play
  • Manage ongoing channel conversations and drive stories across channels. Align key story themes and guide junior staff on response strategy
  • Write content for conversation calendars and real-time responses
  • Communicate with and engage fans/followers, monitor activity, protect the brand from competitive threats and crises
  • Identify opportunities to use paid support to amplify trending topics.

PROFILE

  • Positive and energetic (like the rest of the team)
  • Constantly remain up-to-speed on latest technologies/sites that can help deliver best-in-practice results for clients
  • Previous experience in social media required
  • Sensitive to design. Use of Photoshop appreciated.
